Returned Goods / Cancellation of Orders

At Classic Napkin Rings we are very proud to offer a no hassle 21 day returns policy, so you can order with confidence, happy that if you are not entirely satisfied with your order then you have a few weeks to return it for a replacement or a refund. 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 21 days from date of delivery. If an item is cancelled by phone or in writing within the 7 Day cooling off period a full refund can be issued. It is your responsibility to return any goods in the condition they were received. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and we advise anything is sent back via an insured service. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than originally sent may not be accepted for return. The refund will be made within 30 days, though normally a lot quicker.

If you want to return the items outside the cooling off period but within 21 days. The process is the same and we will issue you with a refund less postage upon safe return of the goods. Prior to returning any products, please notify us. If you do not notify us of your wish to return the goods or cancel an order within 21 days from the date of delivery then your right to cancel may be revoked.

Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.
